Guns Save Life

Guns Save Life is a gun rights advocacy group, founded in roughly twenty years ago. GSL is a affiliated with the National Rifle Association and the Illinois State Rifle Association, and is dedicated to defending your right to defend yourself. In fact, the Guns Save Life mission statement is:  We defend your right to defend yourself.

GSL also publishes GunNews Magazine monthly, with a circulation of roughly 20,000 each month. The local chapter meets at Scheels the first Monday of each month.

GSL members lobby the Illinois General Assembly aggressively and has saved two gun ranges in Central Illinois from extinction through publicity and expert advice – both ranges have since grown larger than they had ever been, and have expanded and improved their ranges and facilities.
